Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my bio! My name is Armando Padilla and I'm a Southern California native. Originally from Santa Monica however our family quickly moved us to Santa Clarita in 1984. I have since then lived in Santa Clarita, which I feel was the best thing my parents could have done for us. In 1998 I started working in escrow when I was just 18 yrs old. In just a short amount of time I learned about what happens from start to finish in a real estate purchase transaction. I was able to build great relationships with realtors while working in escrow and it was only a matter of time before I moved from escrow and started assisting a top-producing agent by 2001. I was able to sharpen my communication skills, time management and sales skills while assisting my mentor/boss at the time. I got my real estate agent license in 2002, soon then after I spread my wings and went on my own in 2003. Residential Real Estate has been my passion and I have been blessed to be a part of ReMax since 2009. I quickly became a Top Producing Agent and gained a professional reputation amongst our community & colleagues. I genuinely love helping buyers & sellers accomplish their goals and enjoy being the one to connect the dots for them! I am a great problem solver and firmly believe that there is always a solution for everything! We utilize the latest tools and technology along with having strong professional networking groups for the benefit of our clients!
